Guidelines for Tourists

Tourists must install Arogya Setu App.

The tourists without undergone RT-PCR test from ICMR authorized lab not earlier than 72 hours from the time of arrival, reflecting Covid-19 negative report have to stay minimum of 7 nights.

A test report showing negative for RT-PCR Covid-19 and the Covid test has to be done by an ICMR accredited laboratory not earlier than 72 hours from the time of arrival. If the conditions are fulfilled, then there will be an exemption for the guests to stay for less than 7 nights.

Tourists have to upload the negative test report while registering themselves on the web portal http://smartcitydehradun.uk.gov.in prior to their movement. Also, they have to carry their medical report with them. A copy of smartcity registration and negative test report need to submit to the Hotel authority well in advance prior to the check-in.

Tourists without a negative report can enter the state (after registering at the smartcity portal), but they have a booking of minimum 7 nights. The tourist has to stay within the premises of the same hotel for 7 days. After this he/she can visit any place within the state.

The tourists coming from non-high Covid 19 cities carrying negative report do not need to be quarantined and can roam freely within the state.

No permit/permission shall be required for inter-district movement of a person within the state. However all such tourists shall mandatorily register themselves on the web portal http://smartcitydehradun.uk.gov.in.

Attached copy of order for your reference, Annexure-1 (mandatorily self declaration form to be filled) Annexure-2 (pg 3 to pg 13 to be followed strictly). Also need to fill guest registration form at the time of arrival at the Hotel.

All of the above points are applicable for all the person travelling including the drivers, helpers, maids, personal attendant/security and whosoever accompanying the tourists. No exemptions for whatsoever reason, these guidelines are to be followed strictly by everyone.
